Calvin Atsushi Kaya, 68, of Hilo, died August 14, 2013 at Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. Born May 15, 1945, in Pepeekeo, he was a retired baker from Kalanianaole School, US Army veteran, and member of Heritage Christian Fellowship. Friends may call from 4-5 p.m. Thursday, August 29, 2013, at Dodo Mortuary chapel in Hilo; memorial service at 5 p.m. Casual attire.
